Luke is an experienced civil Infrastructure leader with a wealth of experience, having successfully delivered multiple technical and complex civil infrastructure projects throughout the Queenstown Lakes region and beyond over the last 20 years.

 as the Managing Director of Done Rite Contracting and Co-Managing Director of Civil Projects Luke brings extensive expertise in civil contract and project management, with a particular focus on subdivision delivery, deep drainage, and underground infrastructure

Jesse has 20+ years’ experience in Earthmoving & Civil Contracting.

Jesse is the Managing Director of Nuroad Civil Limited and Co-Managing Director of Civil Projects Limited.

Jesse is an expert in trucking and logistics, he provides expert technical support based on his in-depth knowledge of earthmoving and the differing materials throughout the district. Jesse’s technical expertise is also reflected by holding a New Zealand B Grade Quarrying Managers Qualification.

Brad’s attention to detail and eye for accuracy are evident in his work, he is diligent

and always ensures compliance with specifications and standards are upheld.

Brad has proven leadership skills, ensuring that he can drive teams to deliver works

under tight time constraints. 

Prior to joining the team in 2020 Brad worked as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor for companies in Queenstown, London and Wellington.

Zak is a highly motivated and driven individual that thrives on success and achieving goals within the team. His receptiveness to new ideas has created a culture of open-mindedness on site. Zak has been Civil Projects Limited leading Project Manager on a number of key projects, he has the ability to build close relationships with his clients to ensure an open and no surprises approach.

Prior to joining the team Zak had progressed quickly from a Graduate Engineer to a Project Manager for the Queenstown arm of a multi-national company.
